James Flinn​

Mr. Flinn handles a wide variety of personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions, truck accidents, maritime injuries, workplace injuries, medical malpractice claims, and industrial accidents. Mr. Flinn has a reputation for maximizing the value of every case. Mr. Flinn does this by methodically investigating the misconduct of the companies and insurers that caused harm to his clients. Using comprehensive and creative discovery tactics, Mr. Flinn has repeatedly ensured that negligent defendants are held accountable for injuring his clients.

Mr. Flinn graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from Tulane University Law School. At Tulane, Mr. Flinn received the highest grade in his class for Civil Litigation Skills and Strategy. Tulane also selected Mr. Flinn as a Senior Fellow to serve as an instructor in the law school’s Legal Research and Writing program. Mr. Flinn also served as a Law Journal Senior Board Member.

The National Trial Lawyers recognized Mr. Flinn early in his career as a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney in Louisiana. Super Lawyers also honored Mr. Flinn for Excellence in Practice and named Mr. Flinn as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for consecutive years, dating back to 2015.
